Regular COMMUNICATION

​It is our goal that no senior feels like they are all alone. We are here and want to be easily accessible to you!

• Weekly/Bi-Weekly Check-Ins: Regular communication to say hello and discuss your current needs.

• Home Visits: Personal visits as requested, providing a more in-depth check on you or your loved ones well-being and needs.

• 24/7 Availability: Seniors or their families can reach out anytime during business hours through phone, app, or email but we also offer Emergency Support for situations where the need is urgent or time sensitive.

• Sometimes the biggest need you might have at the moment is just someone to listen or talk to.

On LOCATION Assistance

Our on location assistance really is the core of each PATHWAYS plan. We offer comprehensive help to seniors at your home.​

 

​Services we offer: 

• Indoor home assistance: Need help with routine house cleaning and organizing? Maybe just jobs that are a little more challenging like cleaning baseboards, ceiling fans, or windows, rearranging furniture, and the list keeps going!

• Outdoor home assistance: Need help with yard work, weeding, mulching, wood splitting or stacking, hedges, lawn clean-up, pressure washing, and on and on we could go. The possibilities are almost endless.

• Injury Protection and Risk Management: With age comes physical limitations. Let us do the climbing, heavy lifting, and other injury prone activities for you. We can also help you identify risks around your home and find solutions.

• Unexpected Needs: Wake up to a dead battery in your car, maybe a yard full of debris from a windy night, we all find ourselves occasionally surprised by unexpected needs. We can help with these too!

• Technology Assistance: In this age of technology we offer basic assistance navigating the often confusing devices like phones, computers, internet, TV'S, etc.

• "Seasonal" Assistance: With each new season come new needs. Snow removal, leaf clean-up, Gutter cleaning, Christmas decorating, etc.

• Basic Financial Assistance: Need help organizing and paying your bills, planning a budget on a fixed income, or other basic financial needs.

• Companionship: Just looking for someone to spend some time with? How about a friendly game of cards or checkers?

• Well-fare check: We can stop just to check in with you or your loved one and see how you are doing. 

• Other: If you need it we can find a solution! We really do desire to be your one stop shop for your home help needs!

What we don't offer: 

• We are not a health care service. (We are help care!) We leave the health care needs to the professionals.

• We do not offer licensed services like plumbing, carpentry, electrical, etc. However, we have an included service to help when these types of needs arise. It's next on the list.

Trustworthy RECOMENDATIONS

• Although we do not offer “licensed” services we do offer peace of mind for those needs. We have developed relationships with trustworthy skilled tradesman we can confidently recommend. (The same ones we recommend to our own families)

• Sadly, we live in a time where seniors are frequently taken advantage of in this area. With each recommendation we base our reputation on the fact that these individuals will perform necessary and quality services for you.

• Included in this service is the option to ask us to do the contacting, scheduling, and communication with the service provider for you.​

Reliable TRANSPORTATION

• We provide safe transportation for you to get where you need to go. (Traffick, night driving, weather, car trouble, etc.)

• We provide transportation to get what you need without you needing to go there. (We will deliver!!)

• We provide transportation of items to you that you just can’t get alone. (Large, bulky, heavy, etc.)
