PATHWAYS plans are meant to be personalized to your needs. We can offer regular scheduled assitance or just contact us when you need help. It is completely flexible to what you need and when you need it. We even offer after hours services for urgent needs.

If you had to hire individual businesses to provide all of the services we offer you would spend more than double the cost of a PATHWAYS plan. Our plans make it easy to live on a fixed income. You don't have to wonder what next months expenses will be.  

PATHWAYS Subscription Plans

PATHWAYS Basic
Up to 3 Home Visits Per Month
(2 hrs. of service)

The basic plan is for the healthy person who only needs assistants a few times each month. Have one big job you need help with or a few smaller needs throughout the month. This plan is for you.   

Included Services:

  • Regular Communication

  • On Location Assistance

    • Up to 3 visits per month.​

    • 2 hrs. of assistance for whatever needs you have. 

  • Reliable Transportation

  • Trustworthy Recommendation

PATHWAYS Plus
Up to 5 Home Visits Per Month
(4 hrs. of service)

The plus plan is our most popular. It offers enough help for any need but is still affordable & flexible. Need help several times during the month or help once each week. This plan is for you.​

  • On Location Assistance

    • Up to 5 Visits per month.​

    • 4 hrs. of assistance for whatever needs you have.

PATHWAYS Prime
Up to 8 Home Visits Per Month
(6 hrs. of service)

The prime plan is for the senior who needs regular assistance. This plan can be as flexible as you want throughout the month or could be set up with regular multiple weekly visits.

  • On Location Assistance

    • Up to 8 Visits per month.​

    • 6 hrs. of assistance for whatever needs you have. 

  • Reliable Transportation
